I bought this purifier several years ago and have tried purchasing replacement filters several times but every time I try, they are sold out, so I have not been able to replace the filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent filters and air purifier for my son’s dorm room. He swears by it after turning it on a month into his freshman year. He feels like it helped reduce his congestion from allergens significantly.

Since changing my filter I've noticed that it's not purifying the air AT ALL. I've kept it on for an entire day with no change to my air quality. I own a few pure enrichment products from when the company first came into market but the last 2 things I've bought doesn't seem to be as good anymore. I guess like all other companies when they become popular the quality goes down

I haven't used it yet. I'm waiting for the Reset light to go on even though I can see the clumps of dust sticking out of the sides of the filter.

Please note that for optimal performance, the 2-in-1 filter should be cleaned at least once every month. More frequent cleaning may be required depending on the environmental conditions where you live. Use the brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner to remove lint and dirt from the filter.
