The air filters are fantastic and the customer service is outstanding! I emailed for help in figuring out about a filter I had ordered and not received. I was told it was lost in transit and they would send me a new one. It arrived quickly and I appreciate it so much!

This is an awesome air filter. The removable pre-filter is easy to remove and wash in the sink. I dry it between paper towels The rest of the filter uses activated charcoal which has been known for many years to have the capacity to soak up stuff in the air and even from and in water. Some fish tanks have activated charcoal filtration. The PureZone filter is easy to access and simple to remove and replace. Even though the pre-filter is easy to get to and is easy to clean, I recommend having one or two spare replacement filters on hand.

Purezone is quiet, it keeps the air clean and I like the fact that I can set it to turn off after 2 hours. At night I turn off all the blue lights and it’s still working keeping the air clean.
