Camera problems: only works for facial recognition. Technical assistance compound the problem by uninstalling the camera without knowing how to reinstall it. Now the app zhows mulitpal errors and the camera indicates its installation is incomplete. Had three go arounds with te hnical help yesterday, all shifted the blame or made it worse. Will try again today.

Excellent: lightweight, design, feel, keyboard size, display, fast switching between apps and windows, and responsive of apps when several are open at the same time! I wanted to give 5 stars but the laptop runs hot when in "standard" resource distribution mode. Other than that I'd say this is the best lightweight laptop I've owned.

PC seems to be working just fine; FAAAAAAST!! Only drawback seems to be Windows 11. It's the worst. Not user friendly at all, not nearly as productive as Windows 10. Microsoft seems intent on filling their OSs with a lot of useless features, making it even harder to navigate. A real piece of junk. Almost makes me want to take a peak at Apple.

I use this with my design software and it is super fast very light weight and portable. Only has one USB A and for me it would better having atleast 2. So far no problems and would recommend.
