1st Wash Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great wash. Very clean. Used quick wash. Only gave it 4 stars because the plastic covering on the door sides is stuck.I guess we need to unscrew the door to get the plastic out of the door.

So far, not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed my brand new dishwasher. Even though the decibel rating was similar to my old one it is much much louder. It also has a very heavy mold/mildew smell inside. I understand that they run water to test it in the factory before they ship it, but maybe they should have drained it.

Worst Dishwasher and Warranty Service of my Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 20 year old dishwasher with this one and oh how I want my old one back. I have owned this thing almost 2 months and it still doesn’t work. I have yet to see a clean load of dishes out of it. We have had the repair people out twice to replace a part and still no improvement AT ALL. Why Frigidaire hasn’t replaced it, I have no idea. This will be my last Frigidaire appliance or Electrolux PERIOD. Won’t be putting these in my new build, that’s for sure. After 2 cycles, one on normal and scour and the second one on heavy duty and scour it looks the same. The dish with the spaghetti sauce residue was just used before we turned it on. No change whatsoever.

Old vs New

I have only used my new dishwasher on time, but it seems that the a previous similar model bought 10 years ago was built better. This one is ok. I usually ran the older one on energy saver and air dry. I did the new one that way and it seems ok but did not dry as well. Overall the new is good but not as good as the older model.
