There are 2 things I like about this dishwasher the landlords bought to replace the one that stopped working. 1. It's quiet. 2. the "stainless steel" finish does not fingerprint or show water drop marks. But these are minor compared to what bugs me.
But on to the issues. I find it doesn't really clean completely. I think it does not move as much water as efficiently as the old one did (not same brand). I am very careful not to overlap things or overload even though this unit does not hold as much as the previous one we had.
And even on Max Dry setting, stuff is still damp feeling. Plastics are not dry and need to be toweled dry. They are never properly dry like the previous brand provided. I see no difference between the standard dry setting and the max dry setting. It's ridiculous. The side walls and floor are always wet with condensation drops. I prop the door open if I can't empty it right away because I am concerned about mold starting in a dark damp environment.
REally Frigidaire is it THAT hard to make a unit that actually dries completely?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife who uses this unit does NOT like the way dishes are arranged inside the dishwasher. It is awkward and difficult to arrange them compared with our previous washer which was a Kitchen-Aid. Otherwise it seems to be running ok.

Could have been great,, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans the dishes very well, but it is a hassle to have to literally lift up the back of the bottom rack to slide it back into the machine, every single time. Door slams shut, so make sure the top rack is all the way in or it will smack it pretty hard.

Quick solution over a issue after installed new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved a new Frigidaire Built-in Dishwasher and installed it. I smell something wrong, like melt plastic. After the first run, I found out the glass trap flew out and hit heat elements that melted the glass trap handlebar. I called the 800 lines and then quickly replace it with a new glass trap by shipping it to my home address. I am pleased with the quick service to solve the problem.

Terrible design

Don’t buy unless you want to be frustrated with every use. Terrible design due to large space between the door when lowered and the body of the unit such that the rear wheels fall in and flip the bottom rack up when loading and unloading.

Nothing but problems with the control panel. The authorized dealer has been out three times. Now waiting for our fourth visit. He's P.O'd and so are we. Would not buy this product again
