I needed a new set of luggage because I am moving across the country for 18 months and I wanted to get the biggest ones I could. These are very large and well organized. I think they are going to work very well. Plus the gold color is very cute!

I bought the 7272 model (27" checked) luggage in late May. The suitcase arrived in perfect condition. It has nice features and lots of capacity. I used it for a two-week cruise and upon my return home, I found the TSA combo locked broken with the zipper pulls locked in. I could not open the bag!!! I had to cut the pulls in order to access the contents. Swissgear replaced the bag, but the entire experience was an unnecessary ordeal. The TSA lock is a flimsy, cheap accessory. Better not to use it.
