Great toy. Keeps interest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy was loved and highly anticipated at our house. Even though we have yet to see the movie, both of my kiddos, 4 and 7 have found numerous ways to play pretend with it. The sounds aren't annoying, the light is bright, it's small enough to store easily. My 4 year old hasn't put it down since it arrived. I'm sure it will get even more love after we see the film!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glow in the dark & play pretend FUN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys love this sword! Their favorite part? “It glows in the dark!!” They like the sounds it makes too. Lots of pretend play happening with this toy and I’m down for it. I like that it is one they can share and play with together.

Love the Buzzlight year Sabre

My daughter said she wishes it came in pink for girls so maybe that can be a suggestion next time around. She definitely enjoys playing with it and can’t wait to take it with her to the movies.

LOVE IT! Played with often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cool according to my 7 year old. The lights are neat light blue color. The noise is that of a light saber. It is not too loud. My cats even enjoy watching the lights. Endless play between both boys and girls in my house. Not as long as a light saber but a good new take on the light saber. Highly recommend for any Buzz fan or even a star Wars fan. My son even sleeps with it by his bedside for extra light when needed.

Such a fun toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old son absolutely loves the Lightyear Laser Blade DX! Our first impression when seeing it in its packaging was that this thing is super cool! Removing it was a breeze and a plus is that it comes with 3 AAA batteries to begin with. The Laser Blade is easy and comfortable to hold for my 8 year old. He loves the light blue color of the blade and it seems very durable and well manufactured. There are a couple of modes on the switch, one is a “demonstration” mode, which you have to press the trigger each time for lights and sound. The other is the “on” mode which allows the blade to stay on and you can swing the blade around for more lights and sounds. There is also an off mode on the switch to turn it off and reserve the batteries. The sound is perfect, not too loud and not too quiet. The blade lights up to a brilliant blue color and flashes and dims as you swing it around. The trigger is easy to press and has plenty of room for your index finger. After reading the instruction manual, we found out that it attaches to the Mission Gear Utility Belt (sold separately). We can’t wait to purchase it! This is an awesome toy, especially for kids who love Buzz Lightyear! It holds my child’s interest for hours. We highly recommend this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not hold my sons attention. It does not make noise or does anything special... kinda bummed. Maybe it should make noise or have lights or something to hold the childs interest. I guess it could make a good stocking stuffer

Well built and fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old has enjoyed this Lightyear Laser Sword! It lights up and makes laser shooting noises. We really like that you can swing the sword and it activates the lights and noises without having to pull the trigger. It is built really well and seems like it will hold up for quite a while. We're looking forward to continuing to play with it for a long time!
