I unpacked the monitor, assembled it satisfied with the overall look but i turned it on and noticed a black spot on the screen display- turned it off and on but the black spot is still there. I'm disappointed.

Good 4K monitor deal

I purchased both the M5 and M7 at different times. The M7 definitely has better clarity, especially for reading text.
Now I use them as dual monitors to connect to my laptop. The only problem is that the M5 remote works for both the M5 and M7. When I turn off the M5, it also turns off the M7.
The M7 remote only works for the M7 and won't affect the M5 monitor.
For clarity concerns, it's better to have two M7 monitors instead of one M5 and one M7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Monitor/TV

I'm totally loving it. It has beautiful, sleek look. And in white, it is just perfect. The picture quality is great. My wife uses her Adobe products and she approves it too.
The only bad thing about it is that it doesn't have the connection to attach webcam as in M8 models. You must have extra cable attached.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Issue right after 1 year warranty expired

The monitor had the issue with the power right after crossing the 1 year warranty period and it suddenly stopped working from perfectly normal condition and there was not any power surge and now it doesn’t get on and I can’t even claim the warranty. May be that is what smart montior is about as I saw other reviews saying some issue right after 1 year
