Amazing monitor. Great smart tv.

No bass and low volume

when purchasing this, i had higher expectations for the sound quality. for such a massive screen, the speakers aren't very loud. also there's literally no bass at all. so this is not meant for gaming or streaming which makes most of the smart monitors features pretty pointless. so if you purchase this monitor expect to also have to purchase speakers or use headphones. also, if you have a samsung tv in the same room, it will drive you crazy. everytime you turn one on, it will turn the other one off. as a non smart monitor it works fine though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice, good quality picture but I messed up my remote options on accident and can't fix it I have to manually turn it off n then back on to access smart hub. As well as my volume controls won't work on my remote but manually using the single button works.

I guess it's okay, the volume is terrible and the OS is very very slow switching between apps is not a fun experience.
