Excellent Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serves as my work-from-home monitor and is also used for gaming and watching TV when not working. The available apps cover all my streaming needs, the picture quality is excellent. There is also an option to use the latest game streaming services (Xbox Cloud Gaming, Amazon Luna, or Google Stadia [though this service has been recently discontinued]). The built-in speakers are even pretty good. Especially considering what you typically get with a monitor. You can also connect Bluetooth speakers and have the TV route audio through it instead.
The remote works very well and has some quick launch buttons for the more common streaming apps as well. It may take a little getting used to, at first. Since it doesn't really have "input" switching buttons. Instead, you navigate to the different types of devices that you have connected (or apps installed). So, when you're wanting to play Xbox, you would go to the gaming section on the home screen and select either the physical Xbox that's connected or launch the Xbox Cloud app to stream games.
My only real complaint with this monitor is that the stand isn't adjustable. I'd like to raise it just slightly higher. It is at a pretty good height, but I would like it just a little higher for my personal preference.

STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY IN 5 MONTHS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor was used for work, for streaming and for security. Nice features and an ok picture, not fantastic. It worked for five months and died. The warranty process with Samsung is the worst experience possible. It broke in the beginning of April and as of today , 6 weeks later I do not have a replacement they agreed to send.

Easy to use, great color and clarity

I love it. This is my 3rd Samsung Smart Monitor. I have this 43” in the bedroom, the 32” in my office, and the 24” in the kitchen. The colors are amazing and the flexibility to mirror my iPad screen is simple to use. Also displays my Blink security cameras by Alexa commands. Our larger TVs are both Samsung as well, but not smart monitors . Really happy with the product line !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Multiuse Monitor!

It was so easy to set up.the picture quality is good. Could ask for more at this price point.

Never Again!

I will never buy a Samsung product again. I bought this display and had a problem that was serviced by a Samsung tech coming out to my house. Not only didn't this resolve the issue, I now have a 2" vertical line on my display every time I power it on.
Trying to get service on it again has been an experience in exasperation and trying to get a refund results in an endless runaround.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for my WFH set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the M7 43" smart monitor for work for about a month now, and it has been great so far. First the size: the real estate it makes me not to worry about 2nd monitor. Second the multi-view feature: it allows me to view multiple screens at once for increased productivity. Third the usb-c: this makes me forget about clunky HDMI cords. Forth the apps: though I rarely use these as I watch it on larger screen TV, it provides all the major OTT apps.
Some said about refresh rate and the quality of the sound of the monitor, but as I primarily use it for work, I have not encountered any issues for me.

Quality of color doesn’t impress & setup’s a pain

Quality of color and contrast is pretty bad compared to the other monitors i have. smart tv features are too intrusive and set up is a night mare too much of a hassle if you just want to use this as a monitor.
