Good hardware, OK OS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my monitor for personal use, and the monitor is awesome. I love the fact of being a monitor and a smart TV, it has great viewing angles, good sound for a small to medium office, and it's 4K 60hz.
Now, despite the hardware aspect, it is great for the price (remember, it is an IPS monitor. Don't compare it to your OLEDs or Mini-LEDs), the OS that makes this monitor 'smart' is good; but not great.
Good:
- port management
- Auto picture enhancement
- Free channels (always welcomed)
- Built-in Wi-Fi antenna has great reception
- Can be installed with VESA support (this was the reason why I bought the M7 instead of the M8. The M8 doesn't have the VESA mount pre-drilled holes)
- Multiple HDMI ports
- Google voice and Alexa compatible
- The USB-C remote control is minimalistic and awesome (I would take this remote over a Sony every time)

- The software it feels sluggish in some cases
- You can't install certain apps because the Samsung app store (for the TV) is VERY limited
- Based in my experience with Samsung products, OS support should be expected for 2+ years

I bought this already thinking that Samsung will support this TV for 2 years. Hence, I already knew that I would have to connect an external 'smart device' to keep it current.
Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a monitor/smart tv at a great price

A Good Monitor for Everyday use.
