I have never been able to use TV.
It took service tech 2 weeks to inspect issue. The screen has an internal PCBA circuit board crack.
My argument is that it had to happen intransit. Will have to see where this goes.

This is the best monitor

beautiful crisp, clear picture for both apps, and computer. easy to use. games look amazing in this monitor!!! we use this for business purposes as well. makes viewing documents very easy due to size, and resolution. love samsung products!! great company!!!

Great price for smart monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as a second screen. At 4k with smart apps (plus my Samsung soundbar) it makes a nice media device next to my work screen. Or switching to extended desktop using the remote is I need to.
Very clean design, has speakers and 2 hdmi plus usb-c to plug in my laptop or tablet (dex) if I want to run two devices. Got a great deal too.

Whether I'm editing documents or streaming a movie, the image is just so sharp and detailed. Motion is perfectly smooth for watching 4K content, and the sheer clarity makes everyday browsing a joy. Love the color "saturation"
