System works very well but questionable durability after 9 months

I bought this system back in 11/2019 and the system worked very well until last couple of months. I had 2 out of 4 camera failures, one camera got water condensation inside the lens and the second camera just stopped working completely overnight. I am working with Swann to exchange defective equipment under warranty but it is installed on my second home abroad which makes it very difficult to troubleshoot and exchange hardware. I am quite concerned on how reliable it is and how long will it at last after warranty expires.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Power Over Ethernet and plug & play design assists with easy installation. Audio surprisingly good - when not windy the audio capture zone is well over 10 metres (product is advertised with 5m audio capture distance). I'm currently using system as stand alone security (push notifications yet to be enabled) plugged into a high quality led computer monitor; video feed is high quality & crystal clear even though not viewed via hdmi connection. Hint with installation: I precut timber batons with hole for cables & secured on inside of roof eves, providing greater flexibility with securing cameras; this means cameras are 'anchored' rather than simply affixed to eves (it takes time crawling through roof cavity but made installation of cameras & feeding of cables into roof cavity quick).

Great product with 5 MP cameras 2 TB HDD includes audio recording on all cameras, Motion or & thermal recording, I have installed a few of these now & have not had 1 issue with them just very happy customers

I was really impressed with the clarity of the images. What I wasn't to happy with is the annoying alarms I get from the trees moving. I purchased the system because it has 2 sources of information from the cameras IR and motion prior to sending out a notification via the email feature. I even blocked out areas where the trees are moving then turned down the camera sensitivity and I still get nuisance notifications. I'm at a loss to what if anything else can be done to make it work as advertised. At this point I wouldn't recommend any of the products that Swann lists as PIR. This simply doesn't work as advertised!
