I purchased & set this system up a few months ago. Absolute winner!!!
I have the app installed on my phone & laptop so I can dial in remotely.
Only feature I don't know how to activate/ use is the directional arrows and zoom (on the phone app) - not sure if this option is available on the SWNVK-875804-AU model I purchased?

A bit disappointed with video quality at night.

Bought mid 2019, as we were impressed with what we read.
Unfortunately not as great as we thought.
We placed one camera at our gates , impossible to see registration plates at night.
Tried with numerous cars but no luck on picking up license plate at night.
During the day, it's a thumbs up from us. Quality is ok.

I bought this system as a replacement for an older Swann system.. I tried another brand first and had nothing but trouble . I sent it back and ordered the Swann. I find the pictures on this system to be great in the daytime but weak at night. I am very happy that I got the power over Ethernet version. It is much easier to install than the coax systems. The NVR is almost silent which is also a plus.

hello swann, i just bought brand new swann 8508 with 4 dome cameras only because i already have 8pcs of NHD-815 . but now they are not working with them. is there any help ca get here?
