This printer purchased to replace a WF-400, which was much easier and more intuitive to use. However I appreciate extra features on the WF-3540. Just takes some time to decifer the menus. Paper trays could be better arranged with print copy exiting at the lowest tray to simplify changing paper. INK REPLACEMENT IS MORE COMPLICATED THAN FOR wf-400

Great all-in-one printer

I purchased this printer for my home use due to it's all-in-one capabilities and the idividual ink tanks. Paper capacity is great as it will use both supplies for up to 250 sheets. The extra large black ink tank is just what I needed too. The auto sheet feeder works great, and double sided as well.

Enjoying the convenience of the wireless connection with my Desktop and Laptop. The quality of the print is excellent also, both color and black and white. After a couple of months in use, it is evident we made right choice when we invested in the Epson WF-3540-AIO.

This is my third printer in 12 years and by far the best. It prints very fast and easy to use. The color photos are very vivid. Great for home network as well. Just a great printer!

They say dynamite comes in small packages, well this is the case with the WF-3540. This printer does everything well. But one of the features that really attracted me to this printer was the built in second paper tray for legal size paper; if you were like me having to change out paper trays every time you had to print something on legal size paper you can understand why I love this printer.

Great Buy

Not only was this printer a good buy financially but even though the ink is as expensive as others it seems to last a lot longer than it has on any other printer that I owned. It takes all normal sizes of envelopes, the pictures are of good color when printed, and I just like everything about it.

I like the printer and it works well except for printing envelops. There must be a better way than to have to open up the paper tray, remove all of the 8 X 11 paper, change the settings to allow for a # 10 envelope, print the envelope and remove the tray, change the paper settings and re insert the paper. Really?????

Good printer

Good quality printer. Wireless set-up was easy. Print quality and speed is above average. Scanner works well. Paper trays are large, load both and forget about them for quit a while. Seems to use more ink than previous Epson printer. Bought this printer when previous Epson printer failed due to improper paper jam removal and had just purchased ink cartridges for it. The old cartridges would not fit the new machine. Epson should have a program to buy back the unopened cartridges for a repeat and loyal customer. Would give 5 stars for the printer but Epson looses 2 stars for lack of a customer support program (ink buy back).
