Great All in One

I love this printer the scanning and copy quality is great. I have had no issues with it and each time I have contacted support they have resolved my questions quickly and politely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. Installation was lengthy due to windows XP on desktop. Notebook with Windows 8 was much faster. No issues with the wi fi installation. That went smoothly.
instructions were accurate and procedures were orderly. overall good product so far. Will evaluate further based on ink usage and initial product performance.

Wf-3540 good product

Easy setup right out of the box. Very happy with purchase. Great print quality. Holds 1000 sheets of paper which is nice. Speed is good. Only confusing part is being able to print from iPad iPhone and print by emailing to printer . Seems to need something called epson connect. No info on how to get it or set it up. Will be calling epson. Otherwise great product.

WOW!! I am impressed with this printer. It's quiet, fast and setup is unbelievably easy. For the price you can't find another brand's printer that can come close to this printer. It's the perfect all-in-printer for a SOHO. With two paper trays and a rear paper feed, I'm able to have one tray for legal and one for letter. And, I can print envelopes and checks without having to pull out the paper tray, adjust the paper guides and put the tray back in. This printer improves productivity.

WF - 3540 first day impressions

This printer installed without any problems. I put it to use to make double sided prints immediately - since I was behind schedule to produce the manual for the classes I teach.
The setup screen was very intuitive. I used mostly the quality presets for B&W and for color.
The B&W double sided printing is surprisingly fast. Maybe 4 seconds to print both sides. The color double sided printing is much slower - may be 20 seconds for the 2 sides.
I printed some 400 pages, mixed B&W and color. All double sided. Not one single paper jam! That is impressive.
There was no paper curl either - as I get on the laser printers I used in the past.
I wish the processor was a bit faster for the double sided color printing.

A truly remarkable printer for the price.
It handles everything I have sent it and I have just established a wireless connection from one of my laptops and it works very well.
I have been an HP fan for many years and this is my first foray into the Epson world of wireless printers and I am amazed at the simplicity and ease of setup.
I would definitely recommend this printer.

Just set up a Workforce 3540. Seems like it works fine. After registering the printer, I received an e-mail from Epson with a 10% discount code for their online store. I thought I'd get extra ink for the new printer only to learn at checkout that the discount code didn't work. After scratching my head over it I noticed deep in the fine print that the discount doesn't apply to ink. I think it's petty that they wouldn't allow this to be used for a product that I just purchased. Next time, don't even bother, Epson.
