This printer is fast, has great color and very clear print. I like the fact that it is an all-in-one printer. I do a lot of black printing and appreciate the fact that I can get extra super-size cartridges that last a very long time. This is my second Epson printer, I had an Epson Workforce 500 for several years. It is a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very reasonably priced. Being a novice and not all that technologically adept, I found it very easy to set up. It prints very well. Trying to set up the scanning feature is not going very well for me though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installation ease

Followed instructions, even though store was willing, for a fee, to send a techy out to make sure I could print with no wires.
Super easy, and where I made some gaffs, I was able to backtrack with no problem.
Gaffs were mine from not reading carefully.
Truly hassle-free installation.

I bought this to replace my Epson 810 which I thought was the best printer I ever used....well I was wrong the WF-3540 is 500% better!
It prints and faxes two sides as easy as it prints one. NO FUSS NO MESS
Its very fast and even at speed the quality of the prints is wonderful
Buy one you won't be sorry!

The Epson WorkForce All-in-One printer is a delight to use. The printing requests are fast, quality is sharp, duplexing multiple pages requires only a click of the mouse, the ADF is fast without jamming, paper trays do not require persistent reloads, scanning of documents are photo sharp and fast, and the front touch screen panel is user-friendly. At long last, an All-In-One printer that is a pleasure to use. I LOVE my Epson WF-3540!

The WorkForce 3540 is an excellent multifunction printer with quality ink supplies and paper feeding. The fax and energy star rating are a plus.

WF-3540 Rocks the House

Yeah, I said it - and I mean it. This is the best printer I have ever owned. Fast, great color. Connectivity is awesome, via wireless or print directly from Apple iPod, iPad or iPhone. Also can e-mail documents from anywhere, to your printer. You get a confirmation if it printed. For the money, I don't know how you can beat it.
