I am very happy with this printer. It is easy to set up and you are up and running almost instantly.
I have used all functions with very satisfactory experience.

Ink burns out rather quick. Really need higher cap black and easier interactive menu.

I have had the WF-3540 for about two weeks and it works great. The only thing I haven't tried is faxing but I assume it will work as well as the printing, scanning and copying have worked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installing and Using Epson Workforce WF-3540

Installing the WF-3540 took a bit longer than other competitive products I have used, but it was a no-brainer. Just click start and follow the prompts. Nearly outfoxing myself, I set up the wi-fi from the control panel before popping the cd into my pc. But it worked out by selecting the option for Printer Already On Network option.
I love the printer after only a few pages of output. Speed is great for an inkjet, and quality is great, both b/w and color. I made a great choice in selecting this machine. WF-3540 has exceeded my expectations for the price in features, construction, software and performance. About the only thing I haven't tested on it is Customer Support, but I may never get around to that.

I've only had my WF-3540 for a short time but I have great expectations based on the effortless and logical installation. I installed the printer on my home network which sometimes can lead to a lot of trouble. The installation went perfectly, I installed the network printer on both my in house pc's and I'm good to go. The fax and scan installations were also perfect so I look forward to a lot of help in my work from this all-in-one beauty.

Set up was very easy following the WF-3540 START HERE instructions.
Connecting the Wireless was very easy.
Printing no problems even my Apple Mac.
Copying and Scanning easy to use.

I just begin to use this printer, but so far really super. The getting-ready-to-work moments are a bit slow, but when it gets down to business it prints and copies quickly, neatly. Easy to use. Good looking as well.
