E-Z 2 USE - Excellent output

The WF-3540 has proven to be an easy to use all in one that provides great quality printing. I use this in my home office. The wireless connectivity is very convenient and has worked flawlessly. Excellent quality scans, too. I do not use the fax, so I cannot comment on that feature. But everything else works great, the 2 sided feature has worked flawlessly so far, and all in all, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Does very well printing and scanning documents. If you want to check the paper in the top tray you must do it before you pull out the catch tray.

WiFi Connection

Printer often is slow to respond. When trying to print on the Epson Connect from iPad it will say printer offline. Printing from laptop is usually very slow. When checking the printer it displays full WiFi bars. If printing a PDF document it normally will print quickly from iPad or laptop. However other text documents are extremely slow to print, and often will not print although computer shows its printing. The print quality is excellent, and reason this is my 4th Epson printer.

The WF-3540 all in one printer is the quietest & fastest printer I have owned & this is my 4th. printer. I also like the different loading options for making copies, & I like the 2 trays for paper, so I don't run out of paper. I find I check my paper more frequently now , but I still like the 2 paper drawers. All in all this is the best printer I have purchased. Good printing, good copies, fast, & much quieter than any of my other printers.

One flaw

Love this printer except for one bad flaw. In less than a year, the system "froze" (for lack of better word). It would get stuck in a cycle of turning it self off then on and finally shut down. Company did replace with refurbished unit with hardly any questions asked. Made me wonder if this is a common problem? Hope they get it fixed soon. Hope this unit works better!

The works great, except for the wireless connectivity. We are constantly having to cycle the power to the printer before we are able to print to it, even though the printer indicates that the wireless connection is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent All-In-One

Very good printer and scanner. (Haven't used fax program as of yet). Fast and good quality printing without jams---Like two drawer feeding trays. Seems to be frugal in amount of ink used with option to buy extra high capacity cartridges. No downside at all!

Great printer. Does everything I need it to do. I can print from my phone, iPads, and desktops. I can print away from the office.
