After reading one of the few negative reviews I wondered about connecting the printer to wifi. Fortunately it was quick and easy for not so tech savvy me. Sending and receiving faxes takes a bit longer than on previous machines, but an extra 30-60 seconds isn't too long to wait. The next test will be longevity.

I was dreading taking the printer out of the box and trying to set it up. It was EASY AS PIE! The Wi-Fi was easy, too. Did not buy the extra warranty package with the extra USB cord (already had one) and the extra help with Wi-Fi. Last night was scanning some pictures and the printer occasionally would say that the connection had failed. I would have to go back in and start over again. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

Setup took a few minutes but was flawless even tho I did not use a USB Cable. So far all features work very well.

I have had the WF-3540 for just 3 days but already love it. It was super easy to set up, with Wi-Fi, I only had the power cord to hook up. The print quality was sharp and bright. I havent used the scanner yet.
I would definitely recommend this to family and friends, especially the technology challenged.

Great All in one printer, scanner, fax and copy machine. Only issue I had was that it was a little difficult in setting up the initial wireless connection, took me 3 or 4 times before I succeeded. Connection to other computers was easier! Qualtiy and speed is fantasic! It is rather large so make sure that you have the space. I would have rated it a 5 star if the wireless setup was a easier and/or the instructions were more accurate!

The only thing that Epson needs to work on is how to fax without a phone. We have a digital wireless phone and cannot fax. Get on it, Epson!
