This printer was very easy to setup! I haven't printed anything other than the test page so far, but it came out really good - great quality print! For the price of the printer and the price of the ink cartridges and volume of pages they produce, its a great little machine. This printer doesn't take up a lot of room and would be great for a small office.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ave problems getting the printer perform the way I want it. It too slow to respond to print instructions.
The printer was installed successfuly but up to now I can not print pictures.

Printers cheap but ink is not

most printers are cheap, its the ink that cost$$$$$
I do not see where they tell you about ink consumption & how it compares to others.
Also, if they want to get rid of old inventory, they should offer some kind of ink discount.

The site program is not freindly at all to much difficulty trying to find Email address for E print not good info at all very poor !

Terrible!! I have spent over 2 hours trying to get this printer installed!
With all the printers I have installed in my life, this has been the most frustrating!!
I am planning to return the printer to the store and buy a different brand.
What a hassle!!
