Painless setup with the instructions. Took my time and done in about an hour. Looking forward to putting printer to full duty.

I called the help line for help in setting up my printer to an old standalone, a new MacBook Pro, an ipad and an iphone and had EVERYTHING printing in a very short time. Very courteous, kind, knowledgeable and HELPFUL!! Thank you very much!

Instructions for wifi set up, scanning, too difficult to follow. Not even any link to online assistance. Everything was too hard to find solutions to. Just going to the User Guide was a daunting task!!!

Excellent unit. Would give it 5 stars if it didn't die after 14 months of light usage. No remedy offered except "buy a new one". Disappointed that it didn't last longer.

This is my first EPSON product and I'm never going back! I got this machine for xmas 2013 and it works flawlessly. The EPSON ink is super efficient compared to the cannon printers I've had. If you want a nice printer just get an EPSON.
