I've had the WF-3540 for a few months. It's the fourth printer I've owned. I have a small production company and use the printer daily. Of all the printers I've had, this one has been the easiest to work with and has given me the least problems. It's plenty fast for me, the prints are good quality, and the photo prints look great. Printing on photo paper of different sizes has been easy, a hassle with past printers I've had. I am not particularly sophisticated or patient when it comes to technology and so I appreciate the ease of working with the 3540. I would recommend it to anyone, based on my experience. Granted that I haven't had it all that long, but so far so good. It does appear to go through ink faster than any printer I've had before but I don't know how to make a comparison since different ink cartridges are different sizes. From a cost perspective, I guess it's costing a bit more on a monthly bases because of the ink use, but nothing too worrisome for me - and I am no unconcerned about expenses. So, all in all, a good experience.

The printer takes a few minutes to set up on a wireless network and about 15 minutes to load the software on your computer (my notebook). Prints very fast, copies fast, no issues. Have not used fax yet but will soon. Very satisfied!

I purchased my 3540 a week ago. The setup was completed without any serious problems. I made my unit a network printer within the home, there was a slight problem making the connection with the router. However problems were overcome on second attempt. Everything else has been working as advertised. I have not connected the fax. Recommend this unit for any inkjet user.

The 3540 was easy to set up via wifi, connected first time to multiple macs and air prints easily from iPhones as well. Paper feed and double-side print works better compared to older models.
A score of five stars would have been given if the software auto-connected and downloaded the latest firmware and Scan updates without me going to the Epson site after registration.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I reviewed most of the printers but I got the one I thought I'd like and then reconsidered. Took it back and bought the Epson. Easy install, read the directions and instructions and it was really effortless.
This was a good decision.

When I purchased the printer, the order came through quickly and was delivered without problems. The printer is quick and prints beautifully. The installation was very easy. I only have one complaint. When I purchased the item online, I was lead to believe from what I read that I would need a USB cord which I purchased. However when I received the printer read the instruction manual and began the installation, there is an option that lets you know that the wireless installation can be done without the cord. Outside of that , I am happy I made the purchase and look forward to using the printer for a long time.

The Epson WorkForce WF-3540 All-in-One Printer is a force to be reckoned with. The set-up was simple and easy to employ. The print speed is very quick. The Wi-Fi worked well with our four laptops and one desktop PC. The scanner works well and the copy features are also good. The two sided copy/print with the auto feed worked out nicely also. The touchscreen was easy to navigate. The price was a good deal with all of the features and software that is offered with this All-in-one. Wish I had one of these sooner!
