Great all in one

First experience with an all in one and the WF 3540 has hit the mark with me. I studied reviews for a very long time before pulling the trigger on this one. The WF 3540 may be overkill for a home printer but so far, I am very pleased due to the ease of set up and general quality of this printer. Only negative thing I can say and I wish there had been a warning regarding loading the Abby Fine Print software when using Office 2013. Wasted allot of time last night until I went out on Goggle to find a solution.

Well I just bought this printer and got it all set up to do pretty much everything. It does have several different accounts to set up for many different programs for the printer to use. Set up really is pretty simple over all, but it does take some time to set it all up for all the programs this machine will use. I'm maybe just a little better then a novie, but not much! on screen instruction on your computer to set up the printer/scanner/fax/wifi, etc. all is fairly straight forward and easy to figure out. (For ME!) But if your new to using computers and/or printer it could be a little over whelming to set this up

This WF-3540 all-in-one printer does a first rate job at everything ... printing, scanning, wireless and wired. You can't say more than excellent.

the setup was somewhat easy, however I had to re-install drivers and software several times until Epson Scan finally appeared in my applications.
Printer is working fine, WI-FI setup is pretty good. I only installed it on my MAC, but did not try the windows laptop yet.
The scan somewhat slower than I expected. The feeder pulls some documents straight and the narrower ones get shifted resulting the scan be lopsided.
There is only 8 1/2 x 11 size paper that is fed thru, for longer or shorter documents the flat glass have to be used, but to switch from auto feeder into manual flat glass you get to keep closing and opening the Scan software.
Some features were a challenge to find, had to go to the Epson website or read some forums. Once found the answer, it was useful. Pretty much you have to get used to the software and to the steps of what to do when. I just got this printer/scanner, so still trying it out.

Impressed and Relieved

Just got my new printer today. Its bigger then I expected however so far I love it! It prints super fast and high quality. As a small home business owner and a husband who is an NCO who prints a lot, we can share the printer and not have to wait long. I can print a page every 4 seconds which is impressive. Its pretty heavy duty. I would buy this again if I had to. I do not regret this at all. The touch screen is really easy to use and even all the drawers are easy to figure out and use.

Setting up the WF 3540 was extremely easy, the easiest printer to date for me. Type in your security code for wireless and it starts. Great printer, great value, and looks good in the home office.
