Machine is great. Just one fault. The cartridges are difficult to install and located in an awkward place. Aside from this I really like it.

I purchased the Epson WF-3540 for a friend after researching printers that would work well with a Mac (she went through two printers that would not communicate well with the Mac desktop). The WF-3540 was easy to set up and prints sharply and reliably. When it came time to replace my printer I purchased the WF-3540 for myself for use with a Dell Window's based system. Set-up again was easy and early indications are that the WF-3540 will work as well with my Dell as it does with the Mac. Very good product.

I bought this great printer to complete my upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7.
The printer was easy to install and has great operating features.

Fast Printer

This is a easy printer to hookup. After installing the software it took about 3 minutes for the wireless to be hooked up using a usb cable. I highly recommend for you to do it this way. I replace an Epson 415 with this printer. Boy!! what a difference!! The screen is easy to use but the only thing I wish that the instruction were a lot better. It took a while for me to figure out how to go between the trays. The book did not show how to do this but after awhile I finally figured it out. The 3450 is so much faster and the colors are much crisper. I would recommend this printer to anyone wanting to buy one.

I can not give a positive review on my WF-3540 Printer until I can get the software installed. I am using windows 8.1 and the software has corrupted my system, freezing my programs. This has happened twice resulting in having to restore my system. I will be seeking professional help in the next attempt at downloading the software.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THIS ALL IN ONE IS AN EXCELLENT PIECE OF MACHINE. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. PRINTS SO FAST, EASY TO SET-UP. BIG BOLD DISPLAY FOR EASY NAVIGATION AND WIRELESS SET-UP WAS SOO EASY AND SIMPLE I JUST COULDNT BELIEVE PRINTER SO HASSLE FREE. NOW JUST HOPE THAT THE INK CARTRIDGES ARE EXPENSIVE. BUT THIS IS IT GUYS, THIS IS IT !
