Simply simple

Having used several other vendor's products and finding myself frustrated with the complexity and resource consuming software...I'm finally back to Epson and I couldn't be more satisfied. This all-in-one is truly a dream and the performance/price ratio (in my opinion) is very high. Hats off to Epson

Good overall

Overall, this is a good printer. Prints & copies fast. Scanning, esp multiple documents, is slow and tedious. Can't just put a stack in the ADF and scan all @ once. Also, either I print more than I think I do or the ink seems to run out faster than my old printer. I do like it and once you learn the steps for certain things like multi-page scanning, it's not too bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF - 3540 - Epson did it AGAIN

Awesome buy with their latest special. I am already loving this printer with it's 2 paper drawers [500 sheet capicity], large LCD screen, lowering back panel for extracting paper jams, double sided printing, and extra 30 sheet load capacitiy for top/back filler. You couldn't beat that with a stick; Extremely Easy to set up; Best bang for the buck....couldn't beat their deal with a stick!
Minor CONS: I am having a little difficulty with the wireless connection as could not locate my cable which does not come WITH....., but I am sure I will get it figured out very soon; the process of finding lower case letters and Numbers on the Home Screen Panel when trying to enter my Password for Secure Networking was a little annoying....old printer had arrows that got you there fast, this touch screen makes you peck, peck, peck until it arrives...will get back to you on any other issues

I haven't used the printer much, because I just did the installed/set-up last night. However, I thought I would mention that the printer install and the WiFi connection was the easiest and and most seamless I have ever experienced!

Finally, an Excellent Printer

The Epson WF-3540 is the third new printer we have purchased in the last three days! The first two were other brands, and have been returned because one was impossible to set up, and the other gave us a product code that no one could decipher, except that it indicated a hardware problem! We regret not purchasing the Epson in the first place! It was very easy to set up, and worked properly from the very start! We should have know better -- we have another Epson printer at a different location, and it was also very easy to set up and works very well, too!

I have just started using the printer. I had a rather large job to do and it was an dream to complete. I will recommend this printer. Easy to use. Quiet. Fast.

I JUST INSTALLED THE WF3540 FAX, SCANNER AND PRINTER. INSTALLATION WAS MADE EASY WITH EPSON INSTRUCTIONS
WILL WAIT TO SEE THE COST OF PRINTING WITH THE COLORED INK CARTRIDGES AS I HAVE ALWAYS USED LASER JET IN THE PAST.

I said I would keep you posted and guess what?... I was able to quickly figure out the wireless set-up w/o a cable and then later my FAX...had fax on old machine too.... Just make sure you set up the same number of fax rings on your new product as you had on the old.....so far have found their easy step by step Tutorial Videos extremely helpful....thanks Epson
