I just installed the printer and am excited about the multi-function capabilities. However, when I was shopping for printers this one was listed in the same section as the laser printers so it wasn't until I opened the box and was unpacking it that I discovered it was an inkjet. I will see how I like it or if I need to switch back to my old laser printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only had this printer for a week, but it is a replacement for a 5 year old Epson that no longer made good copies.
Set up took a little while b/c I had to load it onto 3 computers, but it generally was intuitive. Prints like a charm. This was much cheaper than the one we bought 5 years ago and has many more features like the paper tray and 2 sided printing, as well as increased speed and quietness. We are very pleased so far. If we get 5 years out of this one, it will have been a bargain!

HOME/BUSINESS USE. PRINTING IS VERY CLEAR. FAX ABILITY IS FINE. (WHAT CAN YOU SAY ABOUT FAX...IT EITHER WORKS OR IT DOESN'T.) COPY FUNCTION IS GOOD...I WOULD PREFER IT IF IT WAS HIGHER IN PIXELS. HAVEN'T USED THE SCAN FUNCTION YET. OVERALL, VERY SATISFIED.

Needed replacement Printer

My older Epson printer was not providing quality prints and after working with the excellent customer service team it was determined a replacement was required. I just received the WF-3540 a couple days ago. I am not a technical person however the instructions for set up were excellent and allowed me to put my new printer in service with WI-FI connectivity very quickly. Set up for WI-FI for the second computer was a snap. I have only used the printer a couple times so far and the quality of print is very good. I will be using more of the features of this product in the future. I like the touch screen feature of the printer. So far I am very satisfied with the product and my purchase. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Works really well

I've been using this printer/scanner for a couple of months now and find it to be very easy to use. I'm using a Mac with a virtual machine, installed with Windows XP (to run a legacy app) and only print on the Windows side. Works like a dream.
It prints very quickly and the scanning function is quite nice. My one and only complaint: if I don't just close the scanning app after use, it can get hung and requires a forced quit. Easily done and a small price to pay.

Way too hard to install, had it once but now its gone and I cannot load the program to work, will not print.

After only two years of using the Epson All-in-One printer, it gave me an error message saying that the ink pads are at the end of their service life, and would not print or operate at all. I was forced to buy another, and this one is printing even better. But do not clean the heads on the printer often, or this will happen to you. It uses the number of times the heads are cleaned to give the error message. I had to throw the old one out, even though it was still printing perfect. Both printers are excellent, and do a great job printing, etc. Don't clean the heads.
