It was all common sense, the Workforce WF-3540 practically set up itself as soon as I plugged it in.
Prints smoothly and fast.
Thank you Epson for getting better and better with each new printer...

Good price and we wanted a wi-fi upgrade and a copier that didin't need a computer. Start up was easy and the CD flawless. It would NOT recongnize the network! After calming down i went on line and used the printer window of reset the Wi-fi and it recognized it just fine. Why not with the CD? The keyboard on the printer could use a command to move to numbers,alpha, and symbols.

I really enjoy this printer. The print and color are excellent! The extra paper tray is very handy for using different types of paper on a routine basis.

I like the touch screen panel -- I used it to set up the wireless connection and it was pretty easy. Love the features that my old printer didn't have: two-sided printing and fewer color cartridges (3 instead of 5). It is noisier than my old printer, but will try setting it on a rubber mat to dampen the vibrations. I don't print that much that often, so the noise won't be a problem. And oops I did shake an ink cartridge after pulling off the yellow tape, so got some blue ink on my fingers.

I bought this EPSON printer for my father's business everything as expected easy to change inks, setup and the display layout is simple even my dad is a master at it..
