Great easy to set up printer

Prints great and eay to set this unit up.
I took it out of the box and had a wireless network printer running within 20 miniutes.

Great paper capacity with drawer extensions built in for longer legal paper.

Epson WF 3540 Printer

We have had this printer for about 2 weeks and have not had any issues with it. We like the large paper capacity as sometimes we do volume printing for church Sunday school classes.
We need reliable faxing and fax receiving at times and our old printer was not always reliable.
The print quality is outstanding and we enjoy the sharp crisp text it prints. The auto two sided feature is nice also. Overall a very nice office workhorse printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set-up

Just a few direction set-up corrections:
“You will need network name and network password” – I did the wireless setup and didn’t use either.
“For wireless setup you will need a USB cable (not provided)” it should have said USB / ethernet combo wire.
Everything else was as smooth as a snap.

LAS Vegas I'M a 75 yr.old man And if i can set this up anyone can real easy took about 15 Min. work's GREAT.Done any thing that i threw at it to do would Recomend to all my friends.

Pros: Strong design, easy to use and manage, touch screen sensitive, affordable price, build in duplex function for convenient printing and scanning, good quality output print.
Con: Slow for photo printing.
Con: Slow for photo printing.
First time purchased this printer, love it. Good printer which I have never owned, recommend to friends for further Epson products.

Exceptional Printer

This is my second Workforce printer. The Workforce 500 was a great printer. When it needed replacement I went to the Workforce 3540. My wife prints our church bulletins on this printer. I gets a lot of use. We basically use all functions on the unit. It is very consistent and the quality is excellent. The information provided by the printer on it's instruction screen is easy to follow. I would recommend this printer for anyone needing a good printer with many resources. Over the years, I have had very good experiences with all the Epson line of printers
