Prints fast and good quality. Was disappointed that it only has settings for #10 envelopes. I like the 2 trays. I use 1 for half sheets and 2 for full sheets. Instructions don't tell you that you can set up for half sheets. The printer is much better than the instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set Up Easy For Novice

I dreaded setting this printer up. With all the bells and whistles it promised, I thought set up would be a freaking pain. It was actually very, very, easy. The printer has a touch screen and, more importantly, the instructions were short, clear, and concise. The wifi set up was a breeze. Luckily, I had a printer USB cable (it does NOT come with this cable) - so I had no problems. I was using a Canon which I've had to re-install a few times and it was always a long, ardourous process - so much that after the 3rd time, I had to write step by step in my own words how to re-install because the manual was so confusing. After this installition, the easy instructions, and the beautiful, fast, quiet, printing, I'm sold on Epson.

3540 Printer Installation

Low tech senior citizen ..... followed the Epson instructions precisely and there was no problems or confusion. Would recommend to all experience levels. First prints from computer and hard copy were excellent.

I just received my new printer and hooked it up to my wireless network. I know very little about electronics (I am 73 years old and all this is new to me) but it was sooo easy. I haven't done any printing yet, but I'm sure I'll love it. Thank you Epson, for your easy to follow directions.

Everything from this printer for the price is excellent you cant ask for more, i have a small office and im always using my printer this is a perfect printer and kinda big but if you have space its the perfect printer. Good Quality Good Speed ! Just awesome!

What a great all-in-one printer for the price. I needed to have the copy, print, scan and fax. The printer is like a small workhorse. It really has a lot of great features and it was so easy to set up the wireless printing. Now I can print from all the computers and my laptop. What a great convenience. Not sure yet how long the ink cartridges will last as they are small but I don't print an awful lot so it should be okay for my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
