An all-around versatile workhorse.

I have used the WF-3540 in my home (some business use) for seven months now.
I have owned only one non-Epson printer since the days of dot matrix, though I have evaluated many. I have found Epson to be consistently reliable, and this is no exception.
My printing requirements are primarily for documents. If I were to choose a photographic printer, it would be an Epson made specifically for that purpose and using a larger array of ink colors.
The speed of print is always good, and the non-running inks assure that important documents will not run if somebody drops a drop of liquid on them.
The combination of single- and multi-sided options for both printing and scanning are as complete as I could want.
The dual paper trays provide plenty of capacity, with the option to draw from the second tray when the first runs out being of special use when printing remotely.
The automatic document feeder, with the ability to handle both single- and double-sided documents, is excellent for both scan and FAX.
Finally, I have enabled both Wi-Fi direct printing and printing by email so that I can print from my tablet even if I am a long way from home, and the documents will be waiting for me when I arrive. My grown children have installed the Epson iPrint app on their devices so that they, too, can print easily when visiting.
All in all, I am very happy with this unit.
By the way, it has never produced a paper jam for me.

Outstanding Machine

I have had this printer for 3 years and it has functioned flawlessly in all respects. I love the wireless feature and that fact that everyone in our home on the network can print to the machine. Seriously, I am unable to think of one negative thing to say about this machine, but this comes as no surprise to me. I have had many brands of printers over the past 25 years, and Epson has always been an exceptional choice.

My wife uses one of these for work. She does two sided print almost exclusively. They use medium quality paper and Epson ink. Because she prints without jamming or feed problems, we got one for home. The quality of print exceeds all but professional (commercial) photographic requirements. The reliability and ease of use has been better than previous vendors printers. A true price performer that exceeds expectations.

Printing Made Easy

The Epson Workforce WF-3450 was easy to set-up and get back online with my printing needs.
It has the same footprint as the previous Epson printer I have had for the last four years. I am back in business!

I've always purchased Epson printers but this one has made me very happy. I love the speed, the auto feed of up to 30 pages, the two paper trays, and especially the ease of printing envelopes due to improvements in paper guides etc.
I love this printer!!

probably the best non commercial epson printer on the market.
touch screen is very responsive and extremely sensitive, the blue and white contrast is easy to see and operate.
switch between fax, scan, print, or copy is a swift.
it is everything you want in a printer.
I purchased this unit after my Epson workforce 845 ceased to function only 31 days after I bought it. I am glad it did, because I like my new Epson a whole lot better than the 845 model.
