Loving it so far, it prints very fast. I like that each ink color cartridge is individually filled. Therefore you spend less money on ink cartridges.

CD's & Leisure Suits

I just installed the printer yesterday and all seems to be working well. I can tell you that the printer installed quickly on the one computer I have with a CD drive, but the computer I use 90% of the time and doesn't have a CD drive took bloody forever downloading from the internet. In 2014 CD drives are fast becoming dinosaurs in PC's and Epson (and everyone else) should start including thumb drives instead.

Great AIO printer

Is this a good AO printer? Yes. It does what I need and even a few things I didn't expect. I like that I can fax documents from my computer without having to print them first.
However, I'm disappointed that either the software installation or registration process made changes to my computer such as browser home page and search provider that it did not ask permission to do. I'm really tired of companies doing this.

Works OK But Constant Setup Problems

Good quality printing for office work. The initial ink supply was used up really fast, so if you print a lot of pages ink cost could be high. The mechanics of the unit seem solid. Duplexing works well.
The printer keeps going off-line for no apparent reason. It still shows up in the device list and I can see documents in the print queue. But it just won't print.
The Epson work-around is to go through a rather tedious procedure of removing and reinstalling the printer. It seems to happen with every printer driver or firmware update but also at random intervals. This is a real nuisance, especially when there are multiple users.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this printer!

This printer is the easiest printer I've ever set up. The touch screen and installation of software was seamless. My other workforce was a 650 and needed replacing. This new Epson has every feature that makes it so user friendly, quick and efficient. Great printing. I can't rave about this one enough.

I WILL BE 83 IN OCTOBER. I HAVE OWNED ABOUT 5 DIFFERENT BRANDS OF PRINTERS OVER THE YEARS. THIS IS MY FIRST EPSON. SO FAR I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND THE PERFORMANCE. I T IS INTERESTING THAT THERE ARE 2 PAPER TRAYS FOR PHOTO PAPER AND PLAIN PAPER AND THE NUMBER 2 TRAY CAN BE EXTEDED FOR LEGAL SIZE PAPER.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED ANOTHER BRAND AND COULD NOT GET IT TO PERORM FOR ME SO I TOOK IT BACK AND EXCHANGED IT FOR THIS ONE AND IT WAS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE.I FEEL LIKE IT WILL BE A GOOD FREND TO ME FOR A FEW YEARS .

has a bad habit of disconnecting from wireless router. printer is not the good on color quality compared to the prior epson's I have had. my 4800 was head over heals better than the workforce in color quality and printing. slower but a ton better in quality and ease of use. I would not recommend this product for anyone.

I really think this Epson does a great job for an inkjet. A little disappointed in the colors though. I think all ink jets fall short of the colors you can get from a laser, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The rest meets my expectations. Very reliable.
