well when my old printer did not keep up the technology I was force to go wireless and I usually wait for my nephew to visit to install but I am the kind woman that will try on my own and I was so proud that I was able to install on my own so the person who program this device thought about people like me lol

New Epson WorkForce 3540

know very little about the unit except that we did
get it to print things from the computer. Found the
installation directions lacking and was not clear on
where and how paper is to be stowed. But, I figure
I will learn as time goes on.

Hope this printer is more reliable and more sturdy
than my WorkForce 500........

I am poor with electronics. This was an easy setup & worked at once. Prints great. Does more than I know how to do. I am 68. Not bad.

I've only just connected it, but it was the easiest to connect to my wireless network and everything works great. I have all three computers hooked up to this printer on my first floor, and also to another (older) EPSON printer on the second floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy as pie

Installation was extremely easy and the wireless was a snap to install. The instructions were easy and most importantly, they were correct. Love my new Epson 3540

Poor firmware design

Don't expect to use this for anything other than letter size paper! Only tray 1 will let you use a different size; and everything the unit needs to print (such as fax reporting, etc) has to have letter size in that same tray 1! Either be ready to swap paper all the time (why buy a unit with 3 inputs in that case); or move on to some other printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is he first time I have used an Epson printer. I am so amazed with the ease of using this & the numerous function available. I cant believe it took me so long o find a printer I am enjoying as much as this one. will tell friends & family about this product. I love his product so far.
