Great printer for the price

I have had this printer now for a couple of months. It works well. It was easy to set up with my network. I have it connected to a wireless router using the ethernet port. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 only because it is slow printing a multi-page .pdf document. It seems to take an inordinately long amount of time to send the document to the printer. Once it starts printing, the print speed is good. I am using this printer in a multi-platform environment consisting of iMacs, iPhones, iPads, Windows 7 laptops. All work equally well. The two-sided printing option is easy to use and works well. All in all, it is a great printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a replacement for another brand. The first one had a faulty auto document feeder and was returned for replacement. This one works fine, not hard to set up I use it wireless. All functions are working very well. Quality and speed are good. I would recommend this printer.

My epson workforce wf-3540 has been excellent ,
very easy to set-up, great directions. Like the 2-tray setup, prints great photo's, would highly recommend this printer.

Very Good Printer

I really like my WF-3540. I can load two sizes of paper in the generous paper trays at the same time. Having a top sheet feeder as well as a rear sheet feeder are great features. I can load a stack of papers, select single or two sided copying, and then go do something else while it does the job. It is fast and does a really great job. Another important feature is quick maintenance cycles, they're hardly noticeable. I wish that ink was a little cheaper but other than that I wouldn't have another printer. If ink was cheaper I would give this printer five stars.

this printer is shared with 3 computers in a small home office. Prior to this purchase we had 3 printers, now only need one. Great machine!! easy to use and setup wirelessly for phones and office computers. Liked it so well, I bought a second one to use when this one quits.

Great with few reservations

The printer has performed reliably. I am not high tech savvy but do time-sensitive work which requires scanning and reproduction with as little interruption and frustration disrupting my work as possible. The EPSON has met this need with dependability. The EPSON IT support service is pretty good, especially when you get a technician on the phone who is patient, understandable and skilled at explaining how to remedy a problem. Unfortunately some of these technical support folks are not patient and just add further frustration to getting the issue resolved.
