Just purchased this printer and installation was a breeze. Operates as well as expected, quiet, and user friendly. However, I feel the true test is longevity. But, so far, I love it. It's the best I've ever owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not add Epson optional ABBYY Finereader software if you have Word--it conflicted with and crashed my 2010 version--I had to uninstall it to get Word to work.

THANK YOU FOR PRODUCING SUCH A FINE PRINTER. IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL ON MY LAPTOP RUNNING 8.1. NOT SO EASY ON MY DESKTOP RUNNING XP.

I am delighted with the Epson printer. It was very easy to set up. Photos turned out great. Copy of newspaper picture was excellent. Good value for all the features it has.
