This is a very good printer. It was very easy to set up. It is connected up to three computers, two wireless and one to my USB. It is much faster starting up and prints faster than a previous printer of a different make. I would recommend it to anybody looking to purchase a new printer.

I bought this model with some points from my company few months ago and used for about a week now. Very easy set up, easy to use and understand, Wi-Fi, very clear print. Happy so far. Even though I didn't pay for it, I read reviews before ordering and it was tech and consumer recommended.

Purchase and Set Up Experience

Doing online shopping and comparisons like with most products is very beneficial. When I decided on my Epson WF-3540, I called the local retailer listed to see if they had any in stock. They did and held one for me to pick up after work. For the size of the box, it was very manageable. The setup went smoothly with very easy instructions to follow. The dual trays make it convenient by having legal size paper readily available. It does not take up any more room footprint-wise, but it is taller. No problem with that though. Epson did buyers and themselves a huge favor in having their printers use the same ink cartridges. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Printer is great! Set up very easy...! Pictures often are hazy or lines missing even after testing comes out correct.

So our workhorse printer for the past six years suddenly died - the paper feeder gave up. No, it wasn't an Epson. We needed some quick replacement, read technical reviews, and found the Epson Workforce WF 3540 top of some lists and available at a discounted price.
The experience has been mostly positive. The printer was shipped fast, operates quietly, prints reasonably fast, and the colors are fine. No experience yet how greedy it is sipping ink. Installing the WiFi connection to two computers proved far more complex than was outlined - no pun intended - in the attached paper manual. I finally managed to get things fixed, but it took me several hours, including additional downloads from the internet.
