Having a home office and tinkering with scanning I wanted a replacement multifunction printer as good as what I had. All of the reviews on the Epson WF-3540 were mostly 4 stars of which I doubted but I give it 5 stars. Printers and Routers have always been the nemesis of the IT world. This unit rocks! It’s practically plug and play and it does everything, the menu could be a little clearer or more intuitive but I’ll adjust.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far it is just what I wanted. The two trays are idea for me to write checks from one and plain paper from the other. I don't have too much experience with this printer. I have only made about 5 copies so far. But; it's quick, quiet and wireless.

I replaced an Epson Artisan 835 with the WF-3540 and the set up was the easiest yet. I have not yet put the machine to any major tests but expect it to work as good or better than my older Epson. Fit in the same footprints the older model and that made it a no problem upgrade.

My old 10 year old Epson crashed on me so I decided to look at the new models available. The WF-3450 was a good deal when I considered the features that it has plus the cost of the ink cartridges per page printed. I am sure that I will be happy with this printer for home usage for many years.

Epson WF-3540

This printer gives crisp print and bright images. It is easy to operate. I love having the two paper drawers so I can put paper in one and envelopes in the other. The setup left me befuddled however. I still have not figured out how to print wirelessly through my home network or how to get it to answer a fax automatically. I will keep trying and should get it done eventually. Overall a great all-in-one printer for the price.

Worked great right out of the box. Hooked up via ethernet and was easily recognized by my Mac, IPad and Windows 7 laptop. Very simple hardware and software installation

I Love Epson

After having an Epson Artisian 800 for the last 7 years. I decided to it was time for a new printer. After reading and going to see other brands beside Epson. The choice was easy. I couldn't go wrong with either an AIO 810 or the WF3540. I chose the WF3540 because of the 2 paper bins the hold a whole ream of paper. It took a matter of minutes to get it setup on my network. The automatic two sided printing is awesome.
