Easy and outstanding!

Just bought this after my other printer died and was looking into all the excellent features that this one has. It was a breeze to set up and connect with my home wireless system and now I print straight from my iPhone or iPad! It's quite an awesome piece of equipment to have in the house. It's the WF-3540 and I've printed quite a bit from it already and highly recommend it to anyone. I especially like the break down of colors so you can be specific about what cartridges you need to buy.

Great So Far

Bought this WF-3540 just the other day. Brought it home and hooked it up to my wireless network without any difficulty at all. It look just a short time to get it up and running. I have been using it for a few days now, and it's working flawlessly. Based on this short experience, I highly recommend this all-in-one machine from Epson.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i HAVE ONLY HAD THE PRINTER FOR A DAY BUT IT WAS VERY EASY TO SET UP AND GO WIRELESS USING THE INFORMATION ON SETUP PROVIDED. HOWEVER, IT WAS SURPRISING THAT THERE WAS NO USB CABLE INCLUDED IN THE BOX SINCE THE SET UP GUIDE RECOMMENDED IT. MY USB CABLE FROM MY OLD EPSON NX 400 WAS AVAILABLE OR I WOULD HAVE HAD TO GO SHOPPING FOR ONE BEFORE I COULD HAVE FINISHED THE SETUP. WHY WAS IT NOT INCLUDED?
i HAVE NOT CONNECTED IT TO A FAX YET BUT THE PRINT QUALITY SEEMS GOOD AND IT IS MUCH FASTER THAN THE EPSON NX 400 I HAD AS WELL AS MUCH QUIETER. THE FOOTPRINT IS ABOUT THE SAME SIZE BUT IT IS QUITE A BIT TALLER WHICH IS DUE TO THE TWO DRAWER PAPER STORAGE. SINCE I HAVE HAD SUCH MINIMAL EXPERIENCE WITH IT i AM GIVING IT A HIGH RATING WHICH I MAY REVISE LATER, BUT SO FAR IT IS MEETING EXPECTATIONS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT FEW WEEKS DURING WHICH I ANTICIPATE EXPLORING THE CAPABILITIES OF THE PRINTER.
SINCE I DO A LOT OF TWO SIDED PRINTING TO SAVE PAPER AND STORAGE SPACE FOR FILES I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED INITIALLY WITH THE EASE OF DOING THIS WHICH SAVED ME HAVING TO PHYSICALLY TURN AND RELOAD AND RESUME WHILE PRINTING COPIES DONE LIKE THIS.
I AM HOPEFUL THE MACHINE WILL CONTINUE TO BE UP TO EXPECTATIONS AS I USE IT MORE FULLY IN THE FUTURE.

Prints Nice But ....

I am giving this 4 stars Not 5. I cannot get the printer to print from the rear feeder. This is the main reason I bought the printer.

I found it very easy to set up and start using this printer with the instructions that came with it. I spent a little more money than I intended to, but it is worth it. It performed beautifully for my needs.
The keyboard was very user friendly, and I am not too electronically gifted!

Easy to Set Up

I am technology challenged with products like this and any others. This printer was so easy to set up and get started. I had it ready to go on two computers in no time. It was so easy that I thought I was doing something wrong! It works great and is just as described. The instructions were also easy to follow.

I have to admit setting it up I was getting a bit frustrated (complicated by the fact I'm still getting used to working with Windows 8) but when I finally went to the Epson website, entered my model and operating system it walked me through every single step and voila we were up and running. Just can't say enough great things about this printer. I suppose being I was previously using a printer that was nearly 10 years old darn near anything would be an improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
