Good print quality although photo paper is difficult to use with back end loader.

I like that it uses the same ink as the previous Epson. Setup was easy, good. Hope it lasts longer than 2 yrs. Msg which states don't put paper in rear as I'm printing is annoying.

This printer works much more effectively than the previous Epson. I like the two separate drawers, one for envelopes and one for paper. I have not had success in scanning to email? I continually gives an error message. Otherwise, it has been a effective purchase for our home office.

This printer has the features I require
• ease of assembly
• ease fo connecting to computer
• regular software updates
• dependability of operation
• XL ink cartridges to somewhat minimize expense
• relatively quick printing.

Epson WorkForce WF-3540 All-in-One Printer

I have been very happy that I tried this printer based on a recommendation of a friend. I was able to set up the features and use it immediately. I am still learning some of its amazing features but continue to be very happy with the features and multiple uses for this printer. And, it was not expensive so give it a try and you will be amazed like I am.

My Epson WorkForce WF-3540 4 in one printer was economical to purchase and has proven to be a real workhorse. Even pictures are pretty good. i'm very satisfied.

2 drawer printing

Despite the fact that this printer prints well I have issues with the use of two paper drawers. I specifically bought this printer so I could print #10 envelopes separately without replacing everything in a single printer drawer. The upper drawer will print #10 envelopes but the bottom cannot, if I want to just print a page I have to go into elaborate procedure to specify which drawer I will use because the page will print as a default from the my upper drawer containing envelopes, frustrating. If I want to make a copy I have to take out the envelopes from the upper drawer and place sheets of paper in it because the printer will not allow copping from bottom drawer. Next thing that frustrates me is that the fax is nearly silent despite having it on maximum audio. The printer digitally indicates the entire faxing process but the audio part is not sufficient.
