Great budget Thinkpad, purchased i5 model for less than $700, excellent keyboard, solid build, added bonus of Iris Xe graphics and wifi 6, screen is adequate but only 300 nits brightness but the picture is sharp. Overall an outstanding value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 in 1 laptop is great. The ability to switch between a laptop and a tablet has made reviewing documents with clients much simpler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought top of the line, L13 model in Nov 2020. It ran without hiccup until one days, I was getting all sorts of errors, from error 1 to error 2. Luckily, my hubby resolved it by downloading patches. Errors were similar to the BSOD. The screen froze and then I had to restart all over. Lenovo should send push alert for something like this ahead of the event. I keep seeing the Lenovo support icon on notification, but unless it come through as a tool to help users, it really isn't helpful.
In order to keep the screen clean, I had used the pen all the time. After a year, I noticed that the pen leave scratch marks on the screen. The Pen should have rubber tips to protect the screen! it is not like I was putting a lot of pressure on the screen. I am quite disappointed that this was not tested.
Performance is good enough, but I don't like my screen scratched up. Please consider using a rubber tip for the nib of the pen and send all your all your existing customers a new version of the pen. They deserve a scratched free screen. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does everything I need it to do. Fully functional right out of the box. I can do everything I need to conduct my work as a counselor and manage my nonprofit straight from this multi-functional device.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Laptop Overall
Pros: Pen is conveniently garaged and is pretty responsive. It works great with the ThinkPad USB-C dock Gen 2. It's delightful seeing the external monitors light up when the dock is plugged in. The backlight on the keys doesn't bleed out beneath the keys except at a pretty steep angle. Hinge quality is good.
Cons: The pen is small and awkward to hold. The pen can't act as a remote clicker for powerpoint. The built-in Lenovo software is a bit confusing. The Ctrl and Fn keys are switched for a reason that I cannot see. The keys generally feel a bit cheap, but you can get used to them. The camera above the keyboard seems worse than useless. The cameras in general are low quality considering the price of the machine (720p?? Were these designed in 2012??). The iconic mouse button in the middle of the keyboard is ok, but the buttons are obnoxious.
I'm an IT administrator at a smallish business. These are my pros and cons from about 2 hours of using and exploring with it before giving it to the final user.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was quite the upgrade from what I had before, a refurbished Dell. This is for my personal use at home. Only frustrating thing is my work laptop and this laptop have the function key and Ctrl key in different locations - I do a lot of copy and paste in excel for both work and home and I keep needing to look down at my keyboard.
