From the time that I ordered my grill I received it in 2 days and it took an hour to put it together. I’ve used it twice now and it has been very easy to use the app and grill controls. Overall a very simple grill to use and I look forward to using it more this summer.

Smoked a handful of meats in this unit already and it has performed flawlessly. Everything is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to assemble. I would highly recommend using a vacuum for the ash removal, cleans it up in seconds. The app works great for monitoring the meats, I like how I can name the thermometers so I know what part of the meat they're stuck in. Highly recommend this smoker! 10/10

I'm quite amazed and very happy. Especially since my first encounter with a pellet grill was with I guess, the top of the line name brand I'll just call them "T". No need for a long story but couldn't even get the Wi-Fi working so ended up taking it back. I got me the"Dog"and very happy. But now I placed my offer with Z-Grills on Dec. 11 and it was at my door on Dec. 14. Or everything together the next morning and it was a snap. The quality in the 1000D and I imagine everyone else is right on par. So a big thank you to Z-Grills for what they do to make their customers life long friends.

Love this smoker grill

I used it for the first time on Christmas day and smoked a pre cooked spiral ham following directions from the internet. Everyone loved it.
Since then I have also smoked a brisket, short ribs, and boneless, skinless chicken breasts, all following directions and recommendations from Z Grills or other sites. So delicious. My friend was jealous of my smoke ring.
I have also used it to grill some marinated chicken by cranking it up to 425 degrees. Turned out just the way I wanted it to.
I have been very impressed with its ease and effectiveness and am so glad I made the purchase. Looking forward to when I get the next one in 5 years. My boys can't wait for me to pass this one on to them when I get my next one.

I have always been a stick burner. But I'm liking the Z pellet grills. Takes getting used to . But set it and forget it with the wifi hook up
