Holds temps very well, I have smoked ribs, roasts and grilled burgers and baked pizzas! It’s an adjustment from a gas grill but with little research it’s well worth it. Easy to setup and use. Don’t second guess going to a pellet grill, it will change your life!

Best Purchase Ever...
