Smoke Brisket Like a Champ!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this pellet smoker running for 20 hours straight. Brisket, ribs, and sausages all cooked up perfectly and had an abundance of smokey flavor. My new favorite past-time for the weekends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall experience is positive, truly is a set it and forget it type of cooker! Smoked a few briskets, racks of ribs and even grilled some amazing burgers yesterday! Food is really good on the new z grill!
My only negative is that a few parts came bent from shipping. A quick email and a few days later I had new parts sitting on my doorstep. Excellent customer service and an excellent smoker! Looking forward to purchasing another in a few years hopefully with WiFi and PID controller!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the grill has performed flawlessly. I have smoked a chicken which turned out great! I have made burgers on it, and look forward to smoking a turkey, some pork loins and eventually a brisket.
