The grill took a couple weeks to show up. Not to bad to put together. Took a couple hours. Instructions are pretty straightforward. The initial start up process went well. Smoked a beef roast and a half of a pork shoulder.
Both came out as expected juicy and flavorful. I also bought a smoke tube because I like a little more flavor. Altogether a good smoker. temps are within about 10 degrees.

Awesome pellet grill! I love how easy it is to clean and holds a steady temperature usually within 15 degrees of set temp

I love this grill. Very efficient! Smoked a half flat brisket for 6 hours and used very little pellets. It turned out wonderful! Even comes with a nice cover to protect it from weather.

Why did it take me so long?

I can't believe it took me so long to pull the trigger and buy a smoker!
I completely lucked out by coming across ZGrills, and I couldn't be happier so far with my 10002E. Assembly took me 2 hours (I'm slow), and the Zgrills video on YouTube is extremely helpful.
In less than 2 weeks, I have already smoked filet, ribs, chicken wings, vegetables, and the most amazing brisket I've ever made. The smoker is easy to use and easy to clean. Complete satisfaction!
