Grilled to perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and it has turned into an obsession of his and of mine! The smell of the wood pellets and the amazing flavor it gives the food is incredible. We are hooked and slow cooking ribs right now. 5 stars!

First Smoke

Set up the Z grill and finally had my first smoke experience. Bought the cheapest cut of meat I could find. A bottom round roast. Smoked it for 3 1/2 hours with a good rub. Served it to family. They couldn't believe how good it tasted. Definitely happy with our purchase. Best father's Day Present ever. Just bought ribs, a whole chicken, and a pork butt. My wife says I'm obsessed, but she's happy with the outcome and with dinner.

Great Grill, Excellent Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Zgrill purchase, two for myself and one for each of my kids, all of which have been great grills. The 1000e is an awesome grill, however I had an issue with the controller not working correctly. Within one week of notifying Zgrill customer service, I had a new controller delivered. Their grills and customer service are second to none and I will continue to recommend Zgrill to all my friends and family.
