[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a 15 lb brisket for labor day and it came out well. My only slight concern was I did not get the smoke flavor as much as I would have liked. So I purchased a smoker tube and look forward to trying it on my next cook. But overall, I am a satisfied customer!

Set up wasnt bad, packaging looks great but a couple pieces had some poor paint adhesion. Everything is functional and excited to cook on it next weekend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grill worked well. It had problems maintaining the temperature, and I was not thrilled with the smoke flavor. Too light for me. Additionally, the space between the levels of grates is very tight, so it would be nice to have some sort of drawer mechanism to make it easier to remove food.

I love these grills. I had one and apparently should have cleaned the ashes more and it burned back into the hopper and burned everything up.
This time I got one with a pull out to clean the ashes. Not sure how it works so I'll be keeping an eye on the fire bo. But used it a couple of times already and extremely pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new Powerhouse 10002B2E for the first time Sunday. I smoked two racks of ribs and the flavor was on point. I still need to work with my cooking techniques as they were just a bit dry, but tasty just the same.

We have used it twice and the Boston butt smoked for 13 hours was some of the best I ever had. After talking with a friend we are going to turn down the hear of the baby back ribs and expect similar results. Overall very happy with the quality of the product,
