Love the taller wider pellet hopper/ SS lid. It holds a 20lb bag compared to only 18 in a traeger.
Make sure you follow the initial instructions for first start up very important. It cooked a little hotter than the setting the first time but after that it settled down quite nicely. I’m very happy with grill. My only suggestion is make it a little clearer that the 1000 doesn’t have a dump shut for some reason I thought it had one

I like it but…

I like the grill. It works well. I just don’t understand why super smoke mode can only be used at 160 degrees. Nothing is going to cook at 160. Also the app could use some major upgrades such as push notifications. Why have a timer when it doesn’t even alert you when it’s done?
Other than those 2 things everything else is great. Very even cook and the temp rarely swings. I would recommend this grill to others.

First time pellet grill owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grill was easy to set up, followed the instructions and was ready to go. Everything worked as advertised and it was easier than my old gas grill. I probably open it too much but that is what I was used to doing. I am still learning the finer points but everything has turned out good so far and have got compliments on the taste.

Not as good as green mountain

The app is not not very good however the build quality is this is my fourth pellet smoker not having a direct fire option is not favorable but using grill grates makes up for it a bit I have noticed it uses less pellets then my other smokers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new 11002B is an awesome grill. On a windy day recently I was smoking wings, it struggled to get to 400 degrees. Since then I have done wings again and it seemed fine, just some time to get to that 400 degrees.
