I live my Zgrill! I tried charcoal and gas grills, but I always burnt up my food. Not will the Zgrill! Set it and forget it! So far I have cooked whole chicken wings and babyback ribs with no problem at all! I would recommend Zgrill to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The entire purchase was awesome. I had my new grill within 3 days. assembly was easy. I have cooked on it 4 or 5 times now. I love it. So easy. Ribs were perfect. Just set the temp and let it cook.

New smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 550 series z grill every thing was good temperature swings about 10 to 15 degrees. Bought this new 1000D3E I’ve had nothing but problems temp runs about 75 degrees above the temp. Selected and varies 30-50 degrees at any time. Cooked a pork butt set selector at 250 temp went to 325, set selector at 180 temp fluctuations between 190 and 250. It’s hard to get good results with temp swings like that.

Zgrill warranty

I have the Multitasker 11002B Had a major malfunction (lost a 10lb brisket). Made contact with Zgrills customer service was fabulous!!!! They told me what they needed, we went back and forth due to emails took a little time, but we made it thru Zgrills replaced my smoker What a Company to Stand behind their Product WOW I was Elated, Blown Away WOW I can't express enough how great a Company Zgrills I'd buy it again Its worth it

When will the PID upgrade kit be available?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large temperature swings and inability to maintain consistent low temps with the standard controller and sensor have me second-guessing my purchase. Prior to purchase, I had read that a PID upgrade would soon be available. I see that it IS actually available in Australia, but not in the USA for some reason. It's a good smoker, but it could be great.

We’ve used the new smoker four times in the first week we’ve had it and for the most part it has been great. My only complaint is one side of the grill is hotter than the other, I’m guessing because the heat shield is farther away.
