Haven't gotten to use it yet. The fan wiring is messed up. I think a control board is on its way to fix it, but I'm not sure there was no confirmation sent.

Using the grill will be great. What has happened is that the grill came in but there was no handle for the main chamber lid in the package. It has been over 20 days and I still don't know when I am going to receive the handle to make the grill complete. As of right now I am giving you 1 star.

I love how much cooking space there is inside my new grill, easy to operate, gives off great smoke, and definitely love that I have more options with this grill than just smoking meat.

Lack of Wifi support

Honestly, I was going to give it a 3 star rating, but other than the wifi not working correctly, we love our ZGrill. We purchased the 1000D4E Legend and unfortunately we have had nothing but issues with the app. The new and improved 2.0 app is not compatible to our new and improved Pellet grill. The older app, is spotty and we have had to delete it and reinstall it everytime we use the grill, to make it work again. If the 2.0 app would just work with the 1000D4E, I would give it a 6 star, even if 5 star is the highest! PLEASE ZGrill, work on this issue, so we may recommend your grills to our friends and families.

I Love this Grill!

I've been using an offset cooker for a while and to be able to set my temperature where I want it and not have to worry about any temp spikes or my fire going out is so much less stressful. Everything I cook on my Multitasker 11002B turns out amazing.

love everything about this grill. have smoked 4 racks of ribs and a pork loin. turned out great. really like the fact you can set it and forget it. the only problem is i only received 1 meat temperature probe and 1 that won't work with this grill at all.
