Very easy to follow assembly instructions, took me less that 30 minutes to put together by myself. WIFI connected very quickly. This is not my first Z-grill, I got a new one to upgrade to a larger size and take advantage of the 1 get 10 deal!!!

It’s a nice grill, but has its limitations. I was initially really excited about the solid tray across the bottom, but it really hinders the grills ability to sear steaks. It seems to really struggle at sear temps compared to my old Z-Grill. I have also noticed it is much more sensitive to “older” pellets. I never had to empty my old pellet chamber, but on this one it is almost a requirement to empty the hopper every time. I kept the grill covered in my garage this summer and the thing jammed every time if I kept pellets in it. I bought a new bag of pellets, water proof bin, and moisture absorbing packets, and it still frequently clogs. It’s a little annoying having to be this delicate with my pellets.

Thin material

This grill ia made of thin material. I cooked in 75 degree weather and when you open the lid the temp drops and doesn't recover very quick. This will probably be an ok grill but not going to great for smoking. Also it says it has a lot of grilling surface but that is is three levels of grates inside. It also has a drip pan inside that ia smaller than the grate that you aren't supposed to put things on the outside of that, so you have less grilling space

This grill is amazing. I’ve cooked a lot of meat and everything was easy and great tasting. I absolutely love my new grill! Best decision I’ve made when it comes to cooking out!

Perfect Temperatures

Love it. Easy assembly and a pleasure to cook on. I’ve had two Pit Boss upright smokers that would vary from the set temp by as much as 90° both ways even on a short cook like salmon or a pork tenderloin! This Z-Grill keeps the temperate right on the mark. No checking every thirty minutes to make sure your food isn’t overcooking.
